Little Blue Sage (Salvia serotina) is an herbaceous annual that may grow 18 inches tall. It produces blue flowers and prefers consistently moist soil. Plant it in full sun to part shade. This plant self-sows and will attract bees, butterflies and birds. The plant has sometimes been harvested local medicinal use to treat gastrointestinal problems, colds and fevers, and dermatological problems.
