Dwarf West Dune Sunflower (Helanthus debilis vestitus) is an annual or short-lived perennial wildflower. It grows 1.5 to 2 feet tall with a spread of approximately 5 feet. It blooms yellow flowers year-round, especially during the warm months. Plant it in full sun with well-drained sand with an acidic to neutral pH level. Bird and small mammals will eat the seeds. Attracts bees and butterflies.
