Goldflame Honeysuckle (Lonicera x heckrottii 'Goldflame') is a twining vine that can also be shaped into a shrub. It can grow 10-15 feet high with a spread of 3-6 feet. The flowers are rosy pink with a yellow center which bloom during the summer followed by red berries. It prefers full sun to showcase its blooms but it will also tolerate partial shade. Plant it in well-drained clay, loam or sand. This is fast growing, low maintenance, and will attract butterflies, bees, moths and songbirds.
