Florida Peperomia aka "Baby Rubber Plant" with thick waxy leaves and beautiful low ground cover in shady areas, this Florida perennial makes a wonderful groundcover which grows to about 9" and potentially 24" wide. Slightly moist to slightly dry conditions with full shade is ideal. It is not salt or freeze tolerant. It can be grown as a houseplant as well. It is easy to care for and drought tolerant once established. It can be grown from cuttings. This plant is listed as endangered by the State of Florida.
