Blue Lobelia (Lobelia siphilitica) is a herbaceous perennial. This woodland plant grows in clumps approximately 2-3 feet tall with a spread of 1-1.5 feet in woodland gardens, water edges and moist meadows. This low maintenance plant has showy blue flowers that bloom July to October. It will tolerate full sun to partial shade and needs constant moisture so medium to wet soil. It is deer resistant. Pollinators and hummingbirds love this one.
