Lemon Bacopa (Bacopa caroliniana) is a short-lived perennial groundcover that grows to approximately 0.25-0.5 feet high. It produces showy, blue flowers and requires full sun and sandy soil with aquatic conditions; it can even be planted in an aquarium. This plant easily roots from division or stem cuttings and spreads to form a mat-like appearance. It is the larval host plant for the White Peacock butterflies.
