Mountain Mint is a beautiful member of the mint family. While this plant is not native to Florida, the small white and, sometimes, purple flowers attract butterflies as a nectar source. When given moist soil with partial shade, this plant will flourish. It blooms July to August in its native range. This herb will only grow between 1-3 feet but is a wonderful addition as a nectar source to any butterfly garden.
